Cedric is wounded

Cedric let the overly helpful Gryffindors help him to the Hospital wing - he was about to faint when they placed him on the bed.
Everything seemed blurry, and if they were talking to him, he sure weren't picking it up.
"Stupid... spiders..." He gasped.

at the end of his next lesson, lee popped into the hospital wing and looked over to the bed were Cedric was still lying motionlessly.

Cedric was muttering in his sleep, his dreams however didn't seem too bad.
One could hear words as "Captain" and "catch me if you can.."

He had been knocked out by the spider venom, but seeing it was one of the smaller spiders, it wasn't lethal.
Madam Pomfrey told Lee that Cedric should be fine.

lee smiled.
he was glad cedric would be ok.
he had to rush - he would be late for his next class.

She wandered in to see if Cedric was alright. After all the poor guy did pass out while she was present so she felt somewhat responsible. She got there and after persuading Madame Pomfrey to let her see him she sat down on a chair. He muttered some strange things while he was sleeping and couldn't make out half of what he was saying so she got up ready to leave.

Cedric continued mumbeling about being chased, captain.
Suddenly his eyes were wide open, and he sat up.
"Gosh!" He said, blushing like crazy.
Angelina looked at him, questioningly, which only made him blush more.
"Err... Hi."

"CEDRIC!"
Parvati came to see Cedric in the Hospital wing.
"Are you Okay!?"
Parvati gave Cedric a hug.

Cedric groanded as Parvati hugged her - because of the pain.
He looked pale as a vampire sheet, and forced a smile.
"I will be..." He said, his voice was dry. He cleared his troat, and looked around.
"How long have I been unconcious?"

" Like several hours." She replied.

Cedric sighs. He missed all his classes except for care of magical creatures.
What a bad day...
"Did you manage to get to class in time though? And are you guys fine? I didn't go spastic or throw up on you or anything?"
Cedric was way worried.

She smirked. "Yeah well you barffed all over the place. And you passed out like 17 times." She said teasingly.

Cedric grew even paler...
"Really?" He could hardly remember anything, ever since Lee, Angelina and Katie ran back to get him.

lee was walking back to the hospital wing to check on cedric. he heard voices comming from inside. it seemed to be a good sing. he opened the door and saw cedric sitting up, looking pale, but at least awake.
"how are you feeling?" he asked

"I'm worrying about you guys." Cedric said. "Did I really barf on you?"

lee laughed..
"well i wouldnt want to ruin the secret would i
you wouldnt want everyone to know"
he winked at angelina

Cedric looked down at his hands.
"I'm so sorry guys..." He muttered, his face flushing red in shame.

Madam Pomfrey walked over to them, handing Cedric some weird potion that would make the spiders venom disappear from his blood.
It tasted really awful. Then she went on about how the animals were too dangerous, that Hagrid should be more careful - sounding really angry,
while checking up on Cedric.
"Remind me never to stay after class and help Hagrid with his cute little pets..." Cedric said to the guys after she left.

She giggled. "Don't worry Ced we were joking. You only passed out once." She smiled reassuringly.

lee laughed as he looked at cedrics face. he turned to look at the grounds out of the window.

Cedric smiled - he was still pale though.
"So how was class today? Did they give us any homework?"
He could easily imagine loads of homework... and sighed.
Then he suddenly remembered he had Quidditch Practise with his team that night.
"Oh no!" He muttered. "I gotta get going!"

"Erm you can't leave,,,you'll kill yourself if Madam Pomfrey doesn't do it you first." She said quickly.

"But I have duties as Captain, and the team needs to practise, and..." Cedric got up,
only to nearly fall down again. He placed his hand on his forehead.
"Is spider venom supposed to make you dizzy?"

"No clue. I never got bitten before."

"I highly recomend it..." Cedric said, sarcasticly and smirked.
"...you're right though. No Quidditch practise. Shoot."
He tried to make it sound sincere, and hope he had pulled it off.
...Later that evening he would sneak out of the castle to the Pitch.

Stella runs into the hospital wing, there were all kinds of crazy rumors about why Cedric was there.
As she got closer to the bed, she pushed Angelina, Lee and Parvati aside.
She gasped when she saw him...
"You're so pale. How do you feel?" Stella said, and placed her hand on his forehead, to make sure he didn't have a fever.

Cedric was to tired to even get worried about Stella, and looked apologizing at his Gryffindor friends.
"You can't just push people around like that Stella." He said, trying to keep calm.
"And I feel just fine, thanks to these guys..."
